On Tuesday, 19 April the girls attended an Easter service at the chapel. Chaplain Bob shared the true meaning of Easter using simple symbols. The girls eagerly listened to the story of Easter with the aid of the palm leaves, donkey, dice, coins, cross and stone. Finally, an ostrich egg illustrated the beginning of new life with the birth of a new chick.  This lovely message explained the true meaning of Easter - that of the promise of new life. A beautiful spontaneous rendition of the Lord's Prayer by Sophia Searll, was a perfect ending to the service.
