On breakup day, 26 September, the Early Act club President and Vice President, Lara Paterson and Aneeqah Meyer, accompanied Mrs Bailey on a wonderful shopping spree to Plumstead Pick 'n Pay. They spent R1000 on groceries, which were then delivered to "Sisters Incorporated", a home for abused women and children, as well as a home for teenage mothers-to-be, in Kenilworth. This was a most uplifting experience for the girls and Mrs Bailey.
