It has been an exciting fortnight for Maggie Lu, a pupil at Herschel Girls School.  Maggie concluded her association with the University of Cape Town's Maths Competition in style by achieving a gold award for being placed third in the Grade Twelve Individual category. She has achieved a gold award in this competition every year of her high school career.  Maggie is also a member of the Herschel squash team that won the final of the Top Schools (Cape Town) Squash Tournament and has been awarded her Western Province colours for the sport
