Caps off to Herschel girls Candice Murray, Stefané van Niekerk, Samantha Rule and Caitlin van Niekerk, who  look remarkably relaxed after their icy swim from Robben Island to Blaauwberg in last week’s Cadiz Freedom swim.  The girls came first in the School Team (Wetsuit) and was placed third in the School Relay (mixed teams) in a time of 02:32:18.
