The Real Inspector Hound
Other News
The Real Inspector Hound’ is a comic spoof of the whodunits popularized by Agatha Christie, with the clichéd plot of a secluded English country manor house, ominous radio reports of a criminal on the loose, visitors behaving suspiciously, a relative with a shady past and an unidentified dead body. Written as a play-within-a-play, ‘The Real Inspector Hound’ opens with two competing theatre critics, Moon and Birdboot, ready to review the latest murder mystery. In time, both find themselves literally drawn into the comedy, playing roles leading to the climax of the plot when the murderer’s identity is revealed to all. ‘The Real Inspector Hound’ is a fast-paced, witty and often hilarious production and is suitable for all audiences. Tickets will be on sale outside the Senior School main office Monday 16 April – Wednesday 25 April at 12:45 and 15:00 (Fridays 12:30 and 2:15)
