PREP HOCKEY WINS PGSGU

Our Prep Open B Hockey team finished an unbeaten season by winning the PGSGU Interschool Hockey tournament! This means that Herschel retains the trophy for its 6th consecutive year. Well done to the team and coaches. Thank you to all the girls, parents and staff who came to support.

U14A HOCKEY WINS GRAND CHALLENGE LEAGUE

The inaugural Grand Challenge League was introduced this year for the U14A field hockey age group. Our Herschel team did exceptionally well to win the league and boasted 70 goals scored with only three against! It was a wonderful season and the girls can be very proud of their achievement.

On Friday last week, Herschel initiated a brand new and exciting event for U11 girls Hockey teams. 10 teams from 9 different schools around Cape Town took part in the inaugural Herschel U11 Girls Twilight Tournament. The standard of Hockey was high and the girls enjoyed the challenge of friendly competition whilst playing under lights.
