The Senior School held a special ceremony in our Theatre this morning to induct our Matric Leaders for 2019.The outgoing leaders handed over a blank Herschel journal and a candle to their successors. The blank journal symbolises the new chapter ahead and the chance to make their mark, and the candle symbolises the sacredness of the task which they have been passed on to them.
We congratulate the Herschel Girls Senior School Leaders of 2019!

We are united, we care for one another.
The greatest lesson of all is the one
That teaches us to live together, together.
